Hi everyone, i'm just about to close on a duplex investment property i've been looking at for a few weeks and I wanted to get some feedback on what everyone thinks, here are the details:Property: Duplex, both sides are 3 bed/2bath, good area (close to downtown, shopping, good schools).

Has anyone ever tried to write up a commercial lease on parking areas for something like an auto detail shop or something similar?

A big shop vac or powerful fan and all the windows open has worked for me in the past.

Hampden is full of rehabbed homes and trendy shops.

Economists had expected a stronger labor market and cheaper gas to lead to more shopping, but that effect hasn’t panned out.

Great school district and close to all the major shopping and retail.

Just google for a local shop in your area and go look at the slabs they have to offer...

After reading The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, I'm understanding the importance of going shopping for real estate and seeing what amenities the market demands and what your competition is providing.

Do you feel like any of the surrounding (border/adjacent) areas there make for an interesting search area?
