Hiring somebody from Austin, does not guarantee anything, I know several electricians that would do a great job for you, but you wouldn't want to pay them what they are worth and most likely wouldn't travel to Killeen.

I am also not sure what he would mean by a "sellers" mentality...that brings up images of car salesman and traveling salespeople.I would say you need to have a business mindset, not a sellers mindset.

The family and I will be relocating to the Baltimore/Washington area in the next couple months (as soon as we find or build a house).It will probably take us a couple months to figure out exactly where we'll be living, and in the meantime, we'll be traveling around the country, taking care of work stuff and visiting family and friends (including stints back in Atlanta and up in Maryland).We'll still be doing deals in Atlanta, and will likely be adding the Baltimore/Washington area to our list of farm areas.
