It would be nice to get enough info to be able to make a low ball offer or decide if the place is even worth seeing (this all depends on the investor as well).

If you're simply painting and new flooring and reselling, that's a whole different ball of wax than a second floor addition, new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, gut rehab.

Father is willing to do title search and even pay for it, I'll contact them tomorrow and get the ball rolling.

Our realtor Pat Cote always kept the ball rolling kept on top of everything.

My plan was to get the ball rolling - get all the license requirements, learn the market and most importantly get marketing going to hit the ground running for when I move out there. 

Its hard work, but its satisfying once you get the ball rolling.

Don't try to low-ball MLS listed properties and then turn them around for a wholesale fee.
