I hope things work out for you and I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune.I ended up with one burn out in Indy.. they have negative value.. if this person has a burn out and no insurance and MOrris wont make right its a complete loss .. also they may get city fines on top of it.. which as long as they don't own other properties in the area probably won't mean much..

From my perspective, the greater risk is that you are not aggressive enough in seeking returns, make tiny returns for a decade or two, and are way far behind when you're kids are getting ready to go to college and you're burning out at your job.
