Hey guys me and my partner are trying to create a business plan but we are struggling with what exactly needs to be on it.

Hi,I just bought my first investment property unit and now planning on the next.

I plan the first coat so that I am able to fit the second and third coats in the time allowed.

And Once I figure out which areas were damaged I'll call the absentee owners & see if they plan on selling.

If you don't have experience owning and maintaining property, but feel you could, it's a good idea to have a little business plan printed for lender, detailing how you'll manage the property, to show you know what you're getting yourself in for.  

The plan was to just do the living room so we wouldn't have to fully redo all of the floors.
