i use cash for my purchases and quitting drinking has helped me to quit smoking, that just saves tons of money... drink and smoke costs a minimum of 600 per month for me.working out and shopping to eat/cook at home helps... the workouts take at least 1hr and youll want rest at some pt after. cooking and eating at home saves me about 500 month.this topic has made me calculate the money saved, something i didnt consider. i started to clean up my act mostly for my health, now i see its helped me save a few dollars also.through all that i know i am still snobbish when it comes to certain things and will pay premiums for higher quality products.

My property manager will be listing my first one for $2,500 once it's done in March (just waiting on State Health Inspector to approve the septic inspection). - Land prices for a "clean" lot (no protected species, no flood zone, away from busy highway, etc.) are now a minimum of $40k and more like $45-$50k for a freshwater canal lot.
