Originally posted by Account Closed:rich getting rich while poor getting poorer.It's not too surprising to me that human beings respond this way to 6 years of constant attacks by the current administration and 6 years of the promotion of class warfare and driving wedges into our society creating and reinforcing a us and them mentality.Being made the scape goat, being made a target both socially and financially, all the while writing bigger and bigger checks to the government every year could actually extinguish some charitable desires.This to me is just a natural end result and more evidence that the current administration continually lacks any ability to connect the dots and understand simple cause and effect.

All of these also create a need for workers and many of these fit the target demographic of the ideal renter.If you are looking at the greater Kansas City area for investment purposes, this is an area that deserves attention and will not require that you wait 10 years while the area improves.Happy hunting.Paul Higbie

The kitchen cabinets alone are worth more in added value.I protested the appraisal but mortgage company told me to pound sand.
