To find a good deal I would suggest doing your own marketing even if that means knocking on doors and driving for dollars.

Doors on my rentals are driving me crazy!

It is in a gated community, has a 2 car garage, very private with only a shared garage wall.

Anyone use a different exterior door and shutter color scheme from one unit to the next in a multifamily building or complex...town house style...to provide some character and personal space feeling?
