Also just based on those snippets you gave he was pretty clearly advertising the property not the contract, which of course is offering to sell a property for someone else... or real estate brokering.Okay hopefully I made my thoughts on that turd burger clear.So the angle I want to point out is that agents don't walk on water.

I guess I could always sell the property but I was thinking more from the angle of using the equity that I have accrued over the years and pulling that out to reinvest into another property.
