When he was two, we could not pass a for sale sign on a lawn without him campaigning to go "walk the property".At three we gave him a piggy-bank ... or, rather, a cow-bank called "Moolah the Money Savvy Cow" {NFI} which has four compartments: Save, Spend, Donate, & Invest and started teaching him about  these different ways he can use his money.

You will find the loan terms to be not as good because the lender instead of borrowing the money from the main banking system will instead have to self fund the loan internally and the money cost more to them.

Rustin Nordsven If you have mortgages on them the lender will not let you transfer title without due on sale clause.Answer the question, if the LLC does not have income / funds for 2 years the bank typically will also have you guaranty the loan and it probably would go on your credit report
