You have to sign up for a year though so if this business will be your business and you taking it seriously, get this to find them vacant owners or whomever you trying to find to obtain their home.

Over the 13 years we have been in business our footprint has grown considerably but it has been at a pace that we can control the service that is needed to back it up.Always feel free to run a management need by me and I can tell you right away if we cover that area or not as our ability is growing.

When you follow up with a phone call to the decision maker, and if the info delivered is really relevant, then I would say you have a solid chance of getting their business.

You can also Buy your first home and find a Deal to rent and plan to fix up both of them to move into the rental after you Sell your Residence and find another Deal as a Business Plan like me.

The mortgagee is also putting pressure on the owner to sell.With no tenant upstairs, and that I have a transferable (if it sells) lease on the building for $1,000 / month for the next four years, I'm struggling to find a deal that works for me and the others.That said, the building is in need of some serious repairs which puts my business in some risk.
