@Jas Raw   Ask some people now if the "pain" is worth it :-) I can't tell you how many people have reached out to me and people I have seen on threads now saying, "Oops, I wish I had that guaranteed money of a Section 8 tenant now because my tenants are not paying me the rent, but the bank still wants their money and as a landlord I still need to put food on the table."

Hello Billy,You're not obligated to provide refrigerator, washer and dryer when renting out a SFH, and you can eliminate items that tenants damage so often such as the garbage disposal, but you'll have to replace the sink with one that comes with a built-in strainer so nothing other than liquids and soft food scraps go down the sink.
