@Lawrence Monyei I am going to say 99% you need to hang a licnese with the broker and that only brokers can access MLS agents cannot on their own.back in 1977 I went to battle with the Santa Clara county CA Board of realtors IE you had to be a member to get MLS access.. well there had been a recent ninth circuit ruling that upheld you did not.. and since I was a solo broker only working for myself..

We also had to battle with them on the value of work being done on the permits as they thought, incorrectly, that we were low balling the estimates to pay lower permit fees.

@Rob BelandAs always I always appreciate your feedback but I know I am going to be wanting some or all of these at some point, just a matter of price and when.Some of the list come from looking for that deal, like the business cards, to which I could have used at the REIA club I went to, where I got access to a potential "deal", well by deal I mean a guy trying to sell me a property for 100% appreciation because he smelled new guy on me, but you get the idea.

Both CH and DW should be crossed off your list without hesitation but if you absolutely had no other option I guess I'd say Deanwood, if you've got a kid make sure he/she's a black belt b4 letting them frolic at the Rec Center, unless you're cool with them coming home shoeless/coatless etc.If you like hearing rapid gunfire, smelling weed 24/7, stolen cars flying up and down the block 24/7 and a complete feeling of lawlessness then move on in (oh the occasional naked people on PCP running around make for an interesting sight too).
