@Rick Grimsley I like this code violations idea as a mailer has anyone tested this out?

I'm not completely sold on any of these software packages when a client is never involved, but will see how the test house plays out.

I didn't want those close to me (wife, close friends, etched) to know I could have made a decision that didn't stand the test of time.I suggest you think through the reasons this isn't working, and decide what you should do about.

I think maybe your attorney might need to take a drug test, perhaps.

Something about those notes on that site don't pass the bs test.

Testing counts more than my opinion.Also, consider a sequence of letters, each having a particular USP and appeal.I like to tell people to save my letter, too, because things change and, yes, circumstances do change.

Haven't tested this method but will soon.I also like to insinuate that I'm in the business of providing solutions beneficial to all parties involved so i even give them the option to list with a realtor.Tell me what you're doing to add value to the seller.
