My personal take was them folks are stuck in their ways, including my CPA (whom I love dearly.)Also, isn't less expensive to do your taxes with a Series LLC as opposed to a bunch of separate LLC's?

I recently traveled to New Orleans, and would love to invest in Real Estate there. 

Most investors love to share their knowledge but they won't waste their time on someone that doesn't provide something in return (however little) or that doesn't make some effort on their own.No investor group?

I would love any advice you all could give me to help find deals.
