A Landlord Friendly - don't forget the word - State (the way i see it) is a State who's laws and taxes arent heavily against the landlord who conducts correct business practices.

If that is the situation, you will have to be persistent and if they drag their feet, let them know you will file a complaint with the appropriate state agency that oversees ethical conduct of realtors/brokers.
