I’m currently doing research about up and coming areas such as this post as well as looking for local groups.

I don't think I would be interested in renting a boat or RV....I would have it too long for that to make sense.Though I own several properties, I currently have no primary residence...

Hey @Brett RiemensniderThere are a TON of banks/credit unions that will offer as low as Prime on a heloc on your primary residence.

Switch Lenders: I’m currently working on refinancing (six other properties), so I’m thinking maybe I should take everything to another lender who might be a better fit.
