Or will they want to hold onto their secrets?

I discovered this website by browsing through some podcasts.  

My former wife used to teach elementary school located next to the Santa Ana River and cranes would occasionally grab them in their beaks and some of the catch would land in the school yard, only to be discovered by kindergarten kids with puzzled looks on their faces.

Counties discovered that their Notices of impending Property Tax Foreclosure were being used by investors to identify abandoned real estate.   

I called one number on a CL ad regarding "SECRET SALE LIST NOT ON MLS" that looked like a wholesaler looking for buyers.So I meet up with the guy, and he's actually a broker.  

I'm not sure what the property will appraise for after renovations, but I estimate in the area of $125,000 - $140,000.At that point I will be into the property for $95,000 in cash.Doing the research on traditional financing  I have discovered that I have two options (three if I declare that I am owner-occupying the property); 1.

Appalled by discovering how much weight one has gained. 3.

They may begin to accelerate the mortgage, if they discover title has changed, but it will take time. 

As you can see I have looked into a few niches, but am continually discovering new ones (just watched a podcast with an investor doing subject to deals).Would love your input on my line of thinking in terms of kicking my real estate investing off.

If anyone has 1031 questions let me know...I've discovered some great information for the changes for 2014.
