Answers that "danced around" questions regarding previous dispossessory filings/evictions often shown (through online checks) that this person had a number of these.I'm assuming your screening will not be limited to just what this person put down on the application. 

As far as training for post-licensing, I combined self-paced online and zoom online classes because I was taking them in 2020.

They usually don't require experience, will train you, and will pay you better than minimum wage (but not up to the speed of a seasoned software developer, etc.)

Lots of resources here or online for HOW to underwrite, handy calculators, rules of thumb, quick formulas, etc.

We did not use an architect but we have a partner on the team that has software to build out the interiors which helped.  

I know that @Manaia Alalamua has one, Alamo REIA is another one, I have one this week.This forum is great to meet people on line, but there is nothing like ACTUALLY meeting people in person.
