I would inform the guest that all non-registered people must vacate the premises immediately or the reservation would be cancelled (and not refunded).

In order to get paid on a deal they would have to be legitimately licensed and registered through their MLS, furthermore, an agent will never be handling any of your funds or receiving your personal information (outside of basic contact info).

If the LLC isn’t properly registered it can lead to all types of problems, like if you do actually get sued.

I would like to have a checking account per LLC and if the "child" LLC is not technically register with the estate..

This avoids both having to pay "hotel tax" and having to register as a short-term provider.

Hi Trevor,If the LLC will own property in Tennessee, hire contractors, and do other business in the State, the best options are to either form a Tennessee LLC or form an LLC in another State and register that LLC to do business in Tennessee.

It looks like it could still be $300 for me to register an OH LLC in TN but I cannot seem to find if that is an annual cost/report.
