Hello BP community,  I’m helping orchestrate converting my parents rental property into a duplex and would like some insight since this is the first time attempting this.

@Anthony CarusoI do not have any market insights or data to back up increasing demand in the Hobomobos or similar prefabricated modular shipping container homes, but I believe there should be a growing niche market and right now there isn't enough awareness.
