Hey BP,  So I'm just wondering what your set up is for those of you that do a lot of marketing on this particular forum.

I was wondering what other would look for in a partner, or what you would look for in an offer to do a JV.

I was wondering if fill in the blank spots can be left blank if they are not applicable in a lease?

I'm wondering if there is a tool that I've missed to shed more light on that particular area.

Everything so far has been done through email, the pre-screening, scheduling showings of the property, as well as the application (im using RentPrep) Another thing, with using RentPrep I had the option to have the applicants pay the fee themselves to run the screening (I used this option with all applicants) Im wondering If this still qualifies as the ''landlord'' accepting a screening fee, if not, would I still need to send a denial to the applicants? 

I’m just wondering if I could use my ability to not take immediate returns to partner up with individuals and maybe get into some deals that maybe someone looking to take x % right off the bat may not be able to.
