It seems reasonable air bnb will slow down/dry up for the duration of this virus. 

@Meaghan SimonichThe different pain points vary from commercial type.Retail- Depending on if it essential, a lot of retailers are begging for rent decreases or can't pay at all right now, and for retailers that do not have a internet presence, it is making it tougher to compete.Self Storage- Keeping the site updated -security, more automated features for tenants (Pay by app/kiosk, automatic gates, maybe more amenities on site (wash station, air hoses, etc.)Industrial- Longer lead time to find good tenant.I wish I could comment more on some of the additional commercial classes, but these are the only ones I have experience with.

For those of you too young to remember the impact 9/11 had on air travel and tourism - it took 3 years for it too reach pre- 9/11 air travel passenger levels once again. 

I should have been more clear in my original post, the house currently uses hot water heating and has no AC.

Make sure you have the baseline of amenities for your cabin size -- hot tub, arcade game, pool table, etc. 

ANYONE please tell me the logic behind yellow letters, red ink, doodles and what ever desperate measures there are out there to feniggle a lead out of thin air...ALL please please listen carefully to me,It is NOT about how to write their name, or what color card you chose... it is about having your message reach a motivated seller.Once it reaches said motivated seller,  how credible are you to them.Less focus on ways to deliver your message and more focus on filtering non-motivated sellers from those that are motivated.

Sale ->  After considering the hot market here in the Charleston-Summerville area, I started thinking about selling.  

The markets upstate are all very hot right now, unexpectedly.
