So assuming there are no crazy problems with the property (which I will find out tomorrow when I am shown it) I should be able to raise the rent to be equivalent with what all other landlords are charging.And more so, the condos are very nice,very large, and are " stand alone condos"(Or whatever that's called) so they feel and look more like houses.

On an uncontested mortgage foreclosure, here anyway, the judge still makes the bank show proof of standing, possession of note at filing, etc.Question: Why are you caring for an abandoned property, and paying the property taxes on a property you don't own.
