I am toying with the idea of trying to get into a real estate office as a realtor in order to increase my knowledge of how things work so I can pursue my goal of having 40 units.

Trying to get going on wholesaling tired of obtaining knowledge and not putting it to use.

Just wondering if it would make more sense for us to stick with one with limited availability that is knowledgeable, or if we should forget about our ties to them personally and look for something completely out of our circle?

Good afternoon everyone,First post here, but I’ve been lurking for about a year soaking up as much knowledge as possible. 

With all the knowledge i have acquired, i want to build more equity and my main strategy will buy and hold. 

I would like to find someone with above average knowledge about investing that would be willing to help me gain knowledge about it in exchange for work on their properties.

I plan on building a sizable real estate portfolio and grow my network along the way.I am eager to learn from others as well as give my knowledge and expertise.

I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for an accountant in the Buffalo area who is knowledgable on real estate investing.
