Usually a state has an exception if you're looking to invest in residential property, it may not be considered doing business in that state and you won't have to foreign qualify if that's the case.

I think the reality of the circumstance IS adversarial- then within that framework you try to create value and win-win situations.I don't think we should brow beat unsuspecting amateurs into doing things that are bad for them or anything like that.
