If you don't, it will mislead the quality people here, AND (more importantly) encourage those that are looking for that "get rich quick" solution to think they can overly or overtly prey on distressed individuals.All the BEST!!

and have the floors painted a rich brown color that I found someone else online did in their home and posted about...but then a couple of people on bigger pockets have said repainting the floors would be needed between tenants which I don't want either...ugh.

Depreciation is of more of concern if you hold for seven years or more - - the recapture spoils you profits and the end-game.I buy and sell on the Cash-on-Cash return and so do other buy-and-hold investors.There's lots of paper tigers but none of them put food on the table imo.
