My current job is flexible and steady so I would likely work full time while trying to begin as I don't want to lose my consistent income.

I live 30 minutes outside Chicago and I'm attempting to start a second career as a real estate investor and agent.I've been a full-time career Firefighter/Paramedic for 13 years and I want to find another career to transition into so I can leave the fire service in 8-10 years.  

I own and manage rentals for a full time job.

I work full time as a firefighter in Miami working my normal 24hrs on, 48hrs off.

I’m currently putting in all my time to look for a full time or part time IT job to help me qualify for a loan while doing uber at the same time.I also plan on calling community banks etc to see how we could qualify for a loan or how they would advice us to move forward with the aim of achieving a MF property.Thanks for the kind words and yes I won’t give up on this at all, never the type to give up anyways.

If you are going to partner with 20 people (or 1 for that matter) and they are not the main decision makers and doing the "day to day," then you are likely offering a securities and need to do a full offering.
