Should I use my personal name on the contract or my business name?

Account Closed  I ended up talking to my contractor and HUD Consultant (this is a 203k loan) and they assured me my risks are minimal. 

I am looking for advice and possibly partners ( contractors, cpa's, real estate agents, etc) for my first flip.

When I talked to them about a construction loan they are willing to take the purchase price of the land (not the value) along with construction costs (per licensed contractor) and lend me 70-75% of the total cost of land + construction.I am facing the same scenario on an apartment building I've been looking at.

I currently own a business as a general contractor and recently was asked by a property owner I have worked with several times the past few years if I would manage his property, my question is this; what are the legal requirements for me to do so in the state of KY and will I need a real estate license?

There are too many moving parts, things that will surprise you, problems you just didn't see coming, things hidden beneath the surface, contractor delays, weather, etc, etc, etc. 

I have a CPA who also is an investor, I have a contractor, and a real estate agent.

The contractors in that area I am pretty sure are booked for many years.

If you are sending out letters to buy houses for yourself, there isn't any need to have a license to submit an offer (if it's off market).
