I like the LLC and after I read this book I was a firm believer.

In prior purchase, I used a PNC personal loan and I had some reserve thus, I used that PNC 8k loan and my 5k and made my duplex purchase.

Does anyone know of any real turn key property providers that they have personally worked with?

I like managing my own, but thats just my personality.  

It will just make since, if you buy into it with 30% equity because you bought at a discount and the arv is pretty high on top of that, a person with the means would be crazy not to want a piece of the pie.You can't predict the future, but in this business you can come close.

The broker you are supervised by, as well as the brokerage firm holding your license, would be similarly exposed, which is why many brokers will not hold the license of agents engaged in wholesaling.It is important to know and understand the legal landscape before undertaking any endeavor.
