It all depends on what you partners work out, maybe the money partner wants you to have some kind of skin in the game and cover some expenses like labor or interest payments or whatever.

They have more skin in the game then you do.Make sure you get clear title.

When I ask questions, I always get a condescending tone, followed by "you don't understand".
