I've completed a bachelor in architecture - attending a master in management - and am able to choose from one of these fields as my further occupation: real estate development - asset management - property management. 

Since Vietnamese is a single-vowel language, each word can combine with another to make a completely different meaning sentence, that's why whenever I tried google to translate between English and Vietnamese, it always gives me funny result. 

In my other SFH rentals, I have completed most of the work myself without issue. 

I completely agree with @Mike McCarthy's point about doing it yourself the first time.

Next sign of trouble is roach infestation which is completely caused by tenant cleanliness issues.
