I’m planning to update kitchen and floor and electrical panel for both units. recommend me a good contractor.Cheap but nice

It could something simple, like floors and paint and maybe a new kitchen counter.  

TBM I much larger or of course you could get a Pilatus and take everyone and the kitchen sink. 

For instance, my last area I moved from, a total gut interior with exterior work was around 60 per Sq foot, total gut interior-only was about 30 per square foot and a cosmetic rehab (bathroom, flooring, kitchen, etc) was 20 a square foot.

Tore out/replaced the old kitchen, flooring, trim, bathrooms, windows, doors, garage door and opener.

Kitchen and bathroom counters etc. etc.

Some people will say a bathroom cost $20k and kitchen costs $40k, 8 people might say that, but they might all be in the same kind of market and price ranges.

We aim to do rehabs of the kitchen and floors.
