At the end of the day, people claim LLCs are the best way to protect your property, however if you are not business savvy and manage the LLC in the proper manner, it is super easy for lawyers to "piece the corporate vail" meaning they remove the LLC protection and can go after your personal assets.

Any advice is appreciated and I'm willing to continue elaborating.I'm excited to get this deal or some other deal moving; regardless of what happens here, I intend on buying my first property within the next two months or so.Thank you for your help in advance.EJI would go about it by having an investment strategy and looking at multiple homes and not relying on family deals, in the long run, its not a sustainable business model.

If your LO is deficient in getting you a pre qual in a timely manner it may be an indicator to them being slow in other aspects of the process once you actually land a deal.
