And of course this was pre internet  So I guess we are talking Dinosaur days.What makes crowdfunding unique of course is the internet and the mass media and the investors making investments basically with a click of the mouse.. we had to do it the old fashion way we had to pick up the phone.. :)

Bellingham is unique in that many more people rent than own, likely due to the transitional nature of the town.

However, each of these presents their own unique challenges so research well.  

The guest's unique code starts working at 3pm on the day of the guest arrival and stops working at 11am on the day of departure.  

The location does seem to be unique which further complicates valuing the property.We have a team that is working on a distressed Milwaukee portfolio that should be familiar with the area so I will ask what they think.

I have also toyed with the idea of investing in Baltimore, but Im skeptical of investing in area that is foreign to me.
