Kudos to you.Get with the school housing department and pick their brains.

State of Oklahoma should probably have a list on their department of aging website or some arm of the government that is similar -- KS has KDADS - KS Dept of Aging and Disability Services -- they have lists of all licensed adult care homes in the state -- OK likely has something like that - find the list and make a call.

It's good to establish a relationship with your jurisdiction's code enforcement or whatever they call the building zoning department in charge of that stuff.
