So now, I have received a 50 year update.So,  I just did a little bit of research  on section 8 and discovered that most low-income people are not on the program.  

Secretly occupying another's land does not give the occupantany legal rights.

I have a couple of secrets for doing that but I'm still keeping them to my self at the present time because I do look forward to returning to California.
