At least around here (Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma), the schools usually sit on relatively large pieces of land, so there is enough room for several expansions without the school district having to buy any more property.

I want to be involved in the real estate world and accrue money for future investments by exploring different options that are available to me.I have skills in web development and photography, and I'm currently trying to piece together a real estate / architectural photography business.I'm also considering working for a property management company for experience as well, but finding it difficult to break into that arena based on lack of experience / work history in management.

And before anyone asks, yes, my lawyer reviewed my contract as-is and made some good suggestions about things to add/subtract (I pieced it together myself a couple of years ago and finally decided to have an attorney review it) but then I realized it doesn't even contain the word "Eviction" so I figured I'd get your input.

You put down a tarp to catch little pieces,don a rainsuit and respirator and use a potato fork or roofing spade and they roll right off.
