The multifamily pricing is all over the place.

Hi everyone, I had a plumber come over, walked him through everything I wanted done, and he told me he would be done before Thanksgiving.

Rather than build a portfolio 2-4 units at a time, we want big deals with 5+ MF at or over 100 units. 

This is why it is sometimes worth your while to delay your tours until you have several lined up over a weekend, and let parties know you'll be making a decision at the end of the weekend.

Found it on Zillow the first day it was listed, and got under contract same day (offered over asking).

Ive taken over loans for mainland lenders who were 20 days into the contract before realizing they could not lend in the Lava Zone the house was located in.

One thing I am finding is the reviews for some mentioned firms are all over the map.
