Thanks elizabeth, i assume it is the opposite hereonce winter hits and they use the heat their bill skyrockets.though stl gets bad summer too, they started renting just after the bad summer months.

Friday was very interesting - in that the jobs report (which has been a huge driver of movement on mortgage rates in 2022 - more new jobs = higher rates as means Fed more likely to raise rates, and vise versa) came in better than expected BUT yields and rates DROPPED a lot - pretty much the opposite behavior of the last year and what everyone expected.

The Low FSS list pulls from the opposite end of the scale to get people who are likely to be struggling.So to give a short answer, yes, Low FSS is people who are likely to have poor credit.

I see in this thread people suggesting that the negative cashflow doesn't matter and to instead focus on appreciation.Then I read The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner saying the exact opposite (quoted below).All of that to say, I want some help lol.
