I don't just mean how do you flip a house or be a landlord but understanding the nitty gritty of what that is, the reality of tenant calls or weekend work or whatever pros and cons there are for a particular career.

If nothing else, I feel like analyzing and giving a lot of thought to the pros and cons of an unusual property has gotten my juices flowing and my brain working!

Compare the pros and cons of each.Also, since you're new... you may want to try to contact top producing agents and see if they're hiring.

Account Closed , I've thought about this before but after weighing the pros and cons I opted not to try it. 

Pros: Access to MLS, Access to seeing listed houses any time I want, if I work with an RE agency getting to sell properties, Making referral fees on those deals that the numbers don't work. 

It has it's pros and cons.
