In my experience in Florida I've found companies that have written policies in one zipcode and reached a limit but will write policies 2 miles away in another zipcode.If you find you need commercial insurance then seek, Commercial Property Insurance, Commercial General Liability Insurance, and if needed Commercial Umbrella Policy.

it may be use full to attend the free workshop to make connections to other people in your area that also want to get into real estate but when it comes to a 20 or 40k education that is a SCAM because anyone who needs that much education for real estate should probably be in some sort of assisted living situation...
