There are a lot of people out there that are just not somebody you would want to do business with.

Seems like a hassle to remove cameras from inside every time a guest is coming.Outdoor cameras are good for near the front door but otherwise keep them out of areas people will gather or near pools/hottubs.I have the Eufy cameras (solar) near the door and Schlage Connect Z Wave locks.

It is the only duplex in the neighborhood/ nearby areas.

In essence they are a PM and asset manager, with the goal of ensuring your asset is optimally performing.

This experience taught me to trust my instincts more and never skip due diligence, even in areas I am less familiar with like basements and water intrusion.Any advice on how I should proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I like the strategy of having a job with guaranteed income and taking advantage of owner occupied financing to purchase a house hack, staying connected with the REI community in the area, and scaling up from there.
