I do have a big issue with wasting time.

My advice is to just keep the focus on a quality product, solid marketing, and treating people with care.........Do that and the phone will ring like crazy, regardless of how much they need to put down to qualify.

There are pets in the complex but owners are required to pick up and dispose of waste properly.

It will help you make a more intelligent offer and not waste their time.Good luckMike C

I am not a stock guru by any means and now I am thinking throwing $500 is a waste - you can't get crap for $500.

That can be a disaster: utility prices are volatile and tenants waste utilities when they don't pay for them.

It would be a business system, run by a manager that I allow to profit share and I would just be involved in solid oversight, marketing & expansion programs, etc.

The fiasco in Ohio where a number of people who post here wasted money on, is a prime example of not engaging truly qualified attorneys.
