I definitely agree.These are the kind of homes where the listing agent decided to price 100k below market to lure people in thinking it is an amazing deal.

If you stay too broad, you'll get stuck and won't develop the deep understanding to crush it in any one area and be amazing.

And I have met some amazing people and that is worth more to me than any check.My wife and I did hit our goal of having 1.5 years worth of her income saved up so she will be quiting her job next week to go into full time marketing/building! 

The knowledge is amazing.

You'd be amazed how much light a 4W bulb can put out in a confined area like a hallway or basement.
