Marty Summers Contacting an owner outside the real-estate agent
7 August 2017 | 11 replies
@Marty Summers As long as you're not a licensed agent, there's nothing wrong with you contacting the seller directly, but the seller's agent should have insisted that all communications be run through him to prevent the seller from saying something that weakens his negotiating position.I suspect that if you got the seller to de-list, you could be sued for interference in a contractual relationship. Also, the agent is under no obligation to de-list while the contract is in effect.

@Dan DiFilippo for the sake of the conversation, I can’t wrap my head around crypto being a de facto currency as an ever expanding population needs a money supply to expand somewhat with it, or the ensuing hikes to interest rates caused by more and more people chasing a finite resource would decimate the economy.I freely admit I haven’t researched this enough, but interested to hear thoughts.Full disclosure I don’t have any crypto whatsoever, and think if it becomes as widespread as bullish views want it to be, I could end up accepting rent in BC or sell a property or 2 and convert to BC.
