Both buyer & seller agents & the FHA inspector missed live knob & tube wiring in the basement. 😳 When I looked at the house to help her FSBO it, I immediately knew the rental potential and made her offer that she accepted right away with no negotiating whatsoever.

Hello BP community,I had an inspection with the city today and when they checked the GFCI that are installed in two separate bathrooms, the inspector said it didn't pass because two GFCI outlets can't be in the same circuit.
