I'm not specifically looking for a sfr/residential inspector - rather, someone with experience looking at commercial properties (especially experience with MOB would be even better).Your recommendations with a brief blurb about your experience with the recommendee would be greatly appreciated!

Always have an inspection and any other inspections the home inspector recommends.

They usually send out an inspector to verify.

Hello BP community,I had an inspection with the city today and when they checked the GFCI that are installed in two separate bathrooms, the inspector said it didn't pass because two GFCI outlets can't be in the same circuit.

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.

I think our tenant would make all home inspectors feel incompetent.

An in-person inspection is recommended, but you can certainly rely on a professional inspector's opinion and act on that.
