So, I usually will point a real estate agent who is at least open to hearing from a short sale attorney and give them a link to someone like "Jeff Watson" ebook, entitled, Navigating the Short Sale Jungle.

If you are investing with a seasoned and successful sponsor they should be able to navigate the waters of an unforeseen event if and when it arises due to their experience.  

I'm enjoying this dialogue and hope it continues, that we can share more insight on what is working and provide some good content for others who hope to improve their sites and understand what SEO is and how to navigate it.
