The Full Doc loan will be similar to a standard loan with Fannie/ Freddie and require the same documentation however this will allow you to keep the title in the name of the LLC.The third option is to switch title back to yourself and do the loan as a Fannie and once you have completed the loan put title back into the LLC.

I started to study the Kansas City market, and although I found the older neighborhoods charming (and dirt cheap), with their small town America feel and huge lots, many of the schools have terrible ratings, with the basic test scores in the pits, and bullying and disrespect for teachers rampant (tho that's pretty standard now).

I would suggest more standard finishes for long term rental and maybe finishes that are a little more fun if doing Airbnb to draw a visitor’s attention.

Granted this is slower then lots of leverage ( Im currently at roughly 75 LTV and that will be decreasing by next year to about 65-70 LTV)I’ve got a solid plan to hit 20 rentals by 30, so that’s pretty good by most standards.
