Hello friends, I'm curious as to what a small business loan can be used for when it comes to unique real estate investments...

I'm in the process of building a detached ADU on my property in order to Airbnb it and having difficulty securing financing, due to the unique situation of my life at the moment.

Needing some tips and options that could be explored in my unique situation.

Some of the units were singularly unique (e.g., structures in the middle of a Navajo sheep farm, a Female Hogan in the middle of nowhere on the Colorado River - so remote that I truly wish we had been driving an off-road vehicle to get there, a home on a Big Sur hillside with a private hot tub & lusciously soft white robes AND with hawks nesting nearby).

Very unique. 

Other banks wouldn't work with us on this property because it was a bit unique.

I have worked in both, and they are unique in their own ways.

It is only getting attention because it is unique and that is why people want to try it.Buying a property has enough paperwork. 

Most of the wholesalers I work with have unique contracts with varying conditions/language.
